Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

"SifiSoft", "we", "us", or "our" refers to SifiSoft (Pty) Ltd, a company registered in South Africa.

"Affiliate", "you", or "your" refers to any individual or entity that has applied for and been accepted into the SifiSoft Affiliate Program.

"Program" refers to the SifiSoft Affiliate Program described in these Terms.

"Referral" refers to a prospective client introduced to SifiSoft by an Affiliate through a unique referral link or code.

"Conversion" refers to a Referral that successfully signs a project contract with SifiSoft and makes a qualifying payment.

"Commission" refers to the monetary compensation paid to an Affiliate for a qualifying Conversion.

"Referral Link" refers to the unique, trackable URL assigned to each Affiliate upon acceptance into the Program.

The Program is open to individuals and businesses aged 18 years or older who are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

Applicants must submit an application via the affiliates.sifisoft.com website. As part of the application, applicants are required to provide at least one active social media profile or online platform. This information is used solely to verify the applicant's identity, audience, and promotional reach.

SifiSoft reserves the right to approve or reject any application at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason. All applications are manually reviewed within 24–48 hours of submission.

SifiSoft employees, contractors, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in the Program.

Acceptance into the Program does not constitute employment, partnership, agency, or any other business relationship beyond that of an independent affiliate.

Commissions are calculated as a percentage of the net project value (excluding VAT and third-party costs) of a qualifying Conversion.

Commission tiers are determined by the number of qualifying Conversions generated per calendar month:

• Starter Tier (1–3 Conversions/month): 10% commission per Conversion.

• Growth Tier (4–10 Conversions/month): 15% commission per Conversion.

• Partner Tier (11+ Conversions/month): 20% commission per Conversion.

Tier status is evaluated and updated at the start of each calendar month based on the previous month's performance. Tier upgrades and downgrades take effect on the 1st of the following month.

SifiSoft reserves the right to modify commission rates at any time with 30 days' written notice to active Affiliates.

Each Affiliate is assigned a unique Referral Link upon acceptance. Conversions are tracked exclusively through this link.

The referral attribution window is 90 days from the date of a prospective client's first click on an Affiliate's Referral Link. If a Conversion occurs after 90 days, the Commission will not be payable.

In the event that a prospective client clicks multiple Affiliates' Referral Links, attribution is assigned to the most recent click (last-click attribution).

SifiSoft is not responsible for Commissions lost due to browser settings that block cookies, the use of ad blockers, or any other technology that prevents tracking.

Affiliates may not refer themselves or entities they own or control.

A Conversion qualifies for a Commission only when: (a) the Referral was introduced via the Affiliate's unique Referral Link within the attribution window; (b) the Referral signs a project contract with SifiSoft; and (c) SifiSoft receives the first project payment from the Referral.

Commissions are not payable on: referrals that were already existing SifiSoft clients at the time of referral; cancelled or refunded projects; projects where SifiSoft reasonably suspects fraudulent activity; or internal referrals between related entities.

SifiSoft reserves the right to withhold or reverse a Commission if a project is cancelled, refunded, or disputed within 60 days of the qualifying payment.

Commissions are paid via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) to a South African bank account provided by the Affiliate.

Payments are processed on the 1st business day of each calendar month for Commissions earned in the previous month.

The minimum payout threshold is R500.00 (five hundred rand). Any balance below this amount will roll over to the following month until the threshold is met.

Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate banking details. SifiSoft accepts no liability for payments made to incorrect accounts provided by the Affiliate.

All Commissions are paid in South African Rand (ZAR).

Affiliates are solely responsible for declaring and paying any applicable taxes, including income tax, on Commissions received. SifiSoft will not withhold tax on behalf of Affiliates unless required by law.

Affiliates must promote SifiSoft honestly and accurately. All marketing materials must not misrepresent SifiSoft's services, pricing, or capabilities.

Affiliates may not use spam, unsolicited bulk email, or any deceptive marketing practices to generate referrals.

Affiliates may not use paid search advertising that directly targets SifiSoft's brand keywords (e.g. 'SifiSoft') or any variations thereof without prior written consent.

Affiliates may not make any warranties or guarantees to prospective clients on behalf of SifiSoft.

Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in their jurisdiction, including consumer protection and privacy laws.

Affiliates must clearly and conspicuously disclose their affiliate relationship with SifiSoft when promoting the Program, in accordance with applicable advertising standards.

SifiSoft grants Affiliates a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use SifiSoft's approved logos, brand assets, and marketing materials solely for the purpose of promoting the Program.

Affiliates may not modify, alter, or create derivative works from SifiSoft's brand assets without prior written approval.

This licence terminates immediately upon termination of the Affiliate's participation in the Program.

Affiliates retain ownership of their own content and platforms used to promote the Program.

Affiliates may be exposed to non-public information about SifiSoft's clients, pricing, or operations in the course of the Program. All such information is confidential and must not be disclosed to third parties.

This confidentiality obligation survives termination of the Affiliate's participation in the Program.

Either party may terminate participation in the Program at any time, for any reason, by providing written notice to the other party.

SifiSoft may suspend or terminate an Affiliate's participation immediately and without notice if the Affiliate: breaches these Terms; engages in fraudulent, deceptive, or unethical conduct; or takes any action that SifiSoft reasonably believes damages its reputation or business.

Upon termination, the Affiliate's Referral Link will be deactivated. Commissions earned on qualifying Conversions prior to termination will be paid at the next regular payment date, provided the minimum threshold is met.

Commissions on Conversions that occur after the termination date will not be payable, regardless of when the Referral first clicked the Affiliate's link.

SifiSoft's total liability to any Affiliate under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total Commissions paid to that Affiliate in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

SifiSoft is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, including loss of profit or revenue, arising from participation in the Program.

SifiSoft makes no guarantee as to the volume of Conversions or earnings an Affiliate may achieve through the Program.

SifiSoft reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Program or any aspect of it at any time.

Material changes to commission rates or payment terms will be communicated to active Affiliates with at least 30 days' notice via email.

Continued participation in the Program after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.

Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between the parties. If unresolved within 30 days, the dispute shall be referred to mediation before either party may pursue litigation.

The parties consent to the jurisdiction of the South African courts for the resolution of any disputes.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between SifiSoft and the Affiliate with respect to the Program and supersede all prior agreements.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

SifiSoft's failure to enforce any right under these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right.

Affiliates may not assign their rights or obligations under these Terms without SifiSoft's prior written consent.
